Group Programmes: Connecting and Growing Together

Our diverse group programmes let you connect with others, share experiences, and learn from one another.
These programmes include the following:

Women's Specific Group

This group provides a safe and empowering space for women to discuss their unique challenges and experiences related to substance difficulties and recovery

Mindfulness and Yoga

These practices promote relaxation, stress reduction, and self-awareness, helping you develop coping strategies and enhance your overall well-being.

Relapse Prevention Groups

These groups focus on understanding your triggers, develops coping strategies and resilience to prevent relapse so you can access different areas of your life.

Individualised Support: Your unique needs

In addition to group programmes, we offer one-on-one support with a dedicated recovery worker. This personalised approach allows us to do the following.

Develop a Personalised Aftercare Plan

Your recovery worker will collaborate with you to create a plan that aligns with your individual goals, needs, and circumstances.

Address Individual Challenges

You can discuss challenges or concerns you face in your recovery journey and receive support tailored to your situation

Connect with Community Resources

Your recovery worker can help you navigate and access valuable community resources, such as housing support, benefits advice, training opportunities, and more.

Peer Support: Power of shared experiences

Our peer support programme connects you with others who have lived experience with addiction and recovery.

Connecting with peers can create a sense of belonging and reminds you that you’re not alone in your recovery journey.

Sharing experiences and offering mutual support can boost motivation and help you focus on your recovery goals.

Peers can offer practical tips, coping strategies, and insights based on their experiences.
